• Translation history and favorites management

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and accurate translation services. However, we do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of translations
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Support for all dialects or regional variations
• Perfect handling of technical, legal, or medical terminology

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

While basic translation features may be available without an account, creating an account provides access to additional features such as translation history, synchronized settings, and premium services.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use AI Translator for:

• Personal, non-commercial translation needs
• Educational purposes
• Business communications (with appropriate subscription)
• Travel and cultural exchange

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Translating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

AI Translator and all related technology, including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interface, design, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by us or our licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Translator for its intended purpose.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you input for translation. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and translate your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Payment Terms

Free Services

Basic translation features are provided free of charge with certain limitations on usage, features, and functionality.

Premium Services

Premium features may include:

• Unlimited translations
• Advanced AI models for higher accuracy
• Priority customer support
• Additional language pairs
• Commercial usage rights
• Ad-free experience
• Translation history sync across devices
• Advanced voice translation features
• Document and image translation

Billing and Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Weekly subscriptions: $4.99/week for the first 4 weeks, then $12.99/week with automatic renewal
• Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days at $34.99
• Free tier allows 2 uses per day for premium features; text translation is always free
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in iTunes Account Settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion or as required by applicable law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Prices may vary by country and are subject to applicable taxes

7. Advertising & Revenue Model

Google AdMob Integration

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect and process certain data to provide relevant ads:

• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device information and operating system
• App usage patterns and interaction data
• Ad interaction and performance metrics

Advertisement Types

The app may display different types of advertisements:

• Banner Ads: Small advertisements displayed at the bottom of screens
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown between app activities
• Rewarded Ads: Optional ads that provide additional features when viewed
• Native Ads: Integrated ads that match the app's design

User Rights Regarding Advertising

• You may limit ad tracking through device settings
• You can reset your advertising identifier

AdMob & Firebase Data Collection

In accordance with our integrated services, the following data may be collected and processed:

• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage patterns, feature interactions, and app performance metrics
• Advertising Data: Device advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and targeting preferences
• Crash Data: Technical information about app crashes to improve stability

10. Disclaimers

Translation Accuracy

While we strive for accurate translations, artificial intelligence technology has limitations. We strongly recommend:

• Having important documents reviewed by professional translators
• Not relying solely on AI translation for legal, medical, or critical communications
• Understanding that context and cultural nuances may be lost in translation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Translator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from translation errors or inaccuracies
• Costs of substitute services or products

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the application.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• Continuing to provide services would pose a security risk

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, subject to applicable data retention laws and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Translator is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
